My response was simple - my name is ' THE STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS HAS EXPIRED' and 'I RECEIVED A '1099C' FROM EVERY DEBT THAT I MAY OWE AND HAS BEEN CANCELLED' as well as 'YOU HAVE CONTACTED ME MANY TIMES BEFORE AND HAVE FAILED TO FOLLOW UP WITHIN FIVE DAYS OF INITIAL CONTACT ON EACH OF THOSE PREVIOUS CALLS'!

I just got a call from this number. They did not leave a message. I called back, and got this: thank for calling National Credit Adjusters. I hung up. I do have any debit. The funny thing is that they are calling from Homestead, Florida. I googled them and their is know address for florida. Put on the block this number. So tired of them calling. If you are going to call leave a message and maybe I will just call you back.

Looks like they already have a government action against them. Until i can finish a report, the best way to handle this is to send them a certified, return receipt debt validation, cease and desist calling, or "not me" letter.
Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt. It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes. The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.
