Who called from 7866071798

My cell phone rang twice and then stopped.  I don't answer unknown calls on my phone - I assume that if it is legitimate then they'll leave a message.

Cell rang twice then stopped.  I assumed it was a wrong number, so I didn't call back.

Jess, I also got a call from the same number today, it rang twice and they left no message.  If it was a wrong number - they're making a heck of a lot of calls and being awfully careless when they're dialing all of them.  IMO, it's some kind of telemarketing.   After reading about the # of people who've received calls from this number in the past week, I've blocked the number.
