just wondering where this nunmber came from

received a call from 786-607-1806 ....4/24/2015 4:36PM EST. did not answer. no message left.

I called this number back. An automated message claims that I recently visited their rewards page but did not state its licenced company name or state being affiliated to a licenced company's rewards program. Red flag to me. Told me to press [#1)- to select/collect my reward], [#2)- to be added to their do not call list.] I did neither and ended the call. Better to be safe than sorry and added this # to my own call block list.
