called my cell, voice mail picked up, no message

Called, didn't leave a message. Already blocked the number.

Received a call from this number at 1019am pdt on 7/7/16. Rang once then they hung up. No message left.

Got a call from 786-607-1809 and it says press 1 to accept and 2 to vm - ok once I click on answer, that means I answered my phone but why the option so I just disconnected as I do not know if pressing options will activate something behind the scene.
