Answered and a guy told (he had indian accent BTW) me that in their record appears that i have diabetes and that im interested on low cost insuline,(i dont have diabetes), I just asked not to be called again and he hung up

I could not track down the number but they are calling me as well.
These type of numbers are usually obtained by google or other "free forwarding number" websites. I wonder if due to telemarketers using google numbers or other website to harass consumers, can consumers sue google/other website for allowing telemarketers to access their number for harassment under the TCPA and then do a third-party subpoena to discover the name, location and address of the person using the google number to harass?
This company scammed my grandparents of $4,000 since they thought they were signing up for a legitimate health insurance plan, we currently have a criminal investigator who is taking care of this, the police and FBI are involved!!! For anyone who receives a call from this number please hang up right away because they will try to get your credit card and bank account information to sign you up for fake health insurance, its a scam!!!
Initially this company baited my grandparents with a recorded message in Spanish and since both my grandfather and grandmother are from puerto rico and barely speak any english therefore they were easy targets, therefore i am also going to be providing the translation for my report into spanish to warn the latino community from avoiding being scammed as well

Esta compañía estafó a mis abuelos $ 4,000 ya que pensaban que estaban firmando para arriba para un plan de seguro médico legítimo, en la actualidad tenemos un investigador criminal que se ocupa de esto, la policía y el FBI están involucrados !!! Para cualquier persona que reciba una llamada de este número, por favor cuelgue de inmediato porque van a tratar de obtener su tarjeta de crédito y la información de la cuenta bancaria a firmar para arriba para el seguro médico falso, es una estafa !!!
