A call from 786-650-0488 came in on my cellphone today.  The caller, with a heavy accent, left a message saying he was "James Anderson" from the IRS and it was urgent that I return his call.  Yeah, right.  This is an scam.  I received the same call from "Mr Anderson" on Saturday only from 214-254-4244.  How did James Anderson move from Dallas to Miami so quickly?
