Robo call leaves message - names person call is intended for, then says regarding complaints filed in their office. Does not name whom they are, type of complaint, etc. Wants to "appear" as an official, possibly legal call subject to how you interpret their message to make you call back. Have called on two occasions so far. Call not answered.
Gives name of a person at beginning of message, then says press 1 for live agent or call 844-243-7870 at a more convenient time.
They do not identify whom they are and the message tries to sound official like law enforcement or a law firm.
