This number keeps calling me 3 or 4 times a day and when I try to call it back, it won't go through..

This number keeps calling me  and when I try to call it back, it won't go through..

same thing is happening to me work and cell phone

I keep receiving calls from the above stated number almost daily multiple times. While trying to call it back, the number will not go through. I want this to stop.

The number showed up as SKYPE.  A woman in broken English ask for my daughter.
