CallerID says "HELP ALERT"

Called me twice today on my Cell 1st one at 11:58 and 2nd one at 11:59, did not answer, tried to call back and all it said was to be placed on a do not call list push 1. Would really like to know how they got my cell #

Called me this am. Did not answer. Caller ID says HELP ALERT. I just turn off answer machine & let it ring, so they dont know if number is active or not.

Came up as Scammer on my privacy star

Kept calling but doesn't response when pick up or return call
