Called ~11am yesterday and today, and 6:45pm yesterday. Missed the first 2; caller claimed Money Loan, addressed me by name and claimed I that my $3000 loan application had been approved. Things is, I never approved for a loan. Told her to cancel it and hung up.
I called them back and asked for the company name. They stated its Medical Care Center. They then asked, if I or anybody in my family had received any blood thinner medications. I told them that I was recording this call, that I was on a do-not-call list and that I will use this site to find other people to start a class action law suit against the company. The heavy accented rep stated very annoyed "I am just doing my job." I told him that what he was doing was illegal, that I had no affiliation with them and that his company could only have obtained my number illegally. We should join forces and sue them. They call from different numbers as well.
I just received a call from this number, ignored when they called me, then called them back with *67 in front of their number to block my number. A female answered with a thick accent and I asked why they would be calling me. She said that they were calling with some sort of a medical offer. I asked why they would call me when I did not ask them to, especially since doing so is breaking the law since i am on the national do not call list. Her response was classic...after an extended moment of silence, followed by a bold faced lie! She said "I think a lady called me from your number last night." Wow!! Seriously? I BLOCKED MY NUMBER WHEN I CALLED!!! I called her a liar, told her I was reporting the number to the Registry complaint line, and to never call me again (without giving her my number), and hung up. FUN!
Got a call from 786-701-1995 and I answer and she ask me something about have I taken a blood thinner then I couldn't understand her so I said and she hung up. I usually don't answer the numbers I don't recognize but I did it just for the heck of it.
