Who called from 7867084123

Received a call from a county courier stating he has a summons from Becker and Klein law firm naming me in a civil suit.  The number to contact the law firm is 786-708-4123.   When I look this number up it is not associated with a law firm.

I received the same call about a bounced check staying I have two weeks two pay or I will be summoned did you find any information about this

I called and asked for something in writing and they said they closed the account it is a scam do not Give them money

I also just received a call from this number and will try and call them back   I was just scammed 3 weeks ago from another company whose number has been disconnected.  Please do a backround check  I have learned my lesson...

This is a scam... said he was from the Duval County Courier Legal Service and that he would be coming by my house with a deputy to serve me due to fraudulent activity on my checking account and i would be charged.. called the number back supposedly for Nichols and Mason law firm and asked for proof of debt... when i advised that i had on recording a threat that i would be arrested the guy said he never called so doesn't matter... i told him id be home at four and PLEASE come to my house so we could discuss this further...
