It's a scam. It's scary. I got the same exact letter. What was even more scary. They have my bank info. SSN and former address. I just got the email this morning.

I got an email from them too. How do they have my social security number and banking info? I've never had a loan through them! Who do we report too. What a jerk :(
I got e-mail from Florida Attorney Office (Scott Washington) saying they have lawsuit on file. These fools are so stupid they have in the email two different lawsuit number on file.
I got an email from them as well. Total Scam. I even looked at my bank statements for the date they say I supposedly got a loan. There was no such deposit into my account that day. Or any day for that amount. No legitimate law firm (in my opinion) would put your full SSN and bank account info in an email. It's not a secure site. I could be wrong but that is my thinking. Where do these people come from?
After I read your post I saw my email had 2 different law suit numbers in it as well. There was also an attachment that had a logo saying Florida Dept of Justice. Did yours? What was your dollar amount? I'm wondering if they use the same for everyone.
