I was receiveing calls from debt collector (i have blocked the number) about a unpaid pay day loan. How they have send a e-mail from USA District Court of Fort Lauderdale Florida and I live outside of Orlando Florida. About a summons (no Date), a fax 1 206-203-0023 and 1 786-709-9336, #'s no good. In the sum of $900. I have asked several times for a copy of the paperwork that I signed and was told they could not send it. I call the District Court and was told they do not e-mail paperwork..I was asked by the Court of Fort Lauderdale to fax a copy to them and the are going to look into this matter.
I just got an email from the same people and said it was from Private Attorney Eric Holder for a Cash net pay day loan they have all my information even my sss# I knew it was a hoax and I track the no from the white pages and it's an African name
Rec'd email from the bogus phone number listed with information about owing money for something I know nothing about, I am contact the attorney general's office in Florida to report the harassment.
I've received the same email. Yes the same street location. I emailed her back and asked for the paperwork and said that it would have to come from my attorney and that they wouldnt send it and would see me in court. I get tired of getting these. What can be done?
