Scammers to lower your interest rate. Called off of a different number, and when I told him to stop calling because I didn't have a credit card he continued to ask me to calm down, then asked my breast size. When I hung up on him he called me back twice off of this number. I answered and muted it while he called me "baby" and said "please baby, speak up."
