Who called from 7868376110

Automated telemarketing call (robocall) in Spanish offering US$ 2,500 in "Don Francisco" products. They are calling from several numbers and do not respect the DO NOT CALL list. My number is registered since October 13, 2007.

The number was hijacked (number spoofing) - they are calling using numbers from another subscribers.

This is a Don Francisco scam - the scammers don't want to talk to you unless you are fluent in Spanish.
