I got the same call.. from a lady name Jennifer from the VA department from Puerto Rico, her call was regarding about Job position....A job that I don't really remember applying for. Yes, that person spoke Spanish to me, even when I answer my phone in English.

The call I got from this number was a recorded message to remind me of an appointment I have at the Hospital.
