I got a text saying that I should call this number

Spam text message wasting the prepaid minutes on my cell phone that says:

This looks like a scam and I am not wasting my time contacting some unknown number.

A complaint has been filed with the Do Not Call List
www.donotcall.gov

If I get another message I will file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commision
www.ftc.gov

Just received same text message. No idea what that is and will not call that no.

Also got this spam text and 787 is Puerto Rico.  No legitimate financial institution would publish a number in Puerto Rico - even if their legitimate call center was there, they would post an 800 number.
I suspect a phishing scam where unsophisticated bank customers will give up their SSN, Maiden Name, account numbers, passwords, etc.  
ALWAYS be on guard for this spams

Received a text message from this number saying I needed to contact Bank of the West about my credit card immediately.  I do not have a credit card through Bank of the West.  I called the number and it told me my debit card was being limited, then asked me to supply my credit card number.  Obviously a phishing scam, since I have never banked, had a credit card or debit card with this Bank.
