Any one receiving a call from this number in Puerto Rico, should file an FCC form 1088 Complaint Form on the internet. The person or persons using this tel number are commiting a violation of the FCC rules. This an harrasment as many as fiteen calls have been received in day. No one answers. This have been happening for over a year but nobody had complain to the FCC until recently.
