Caller asked for a friend (by name) that doesn't live here and identified herself too quickly to understand; she said she "was given this number by FEMA". It was a bad connection but it sounded as if she said she would arrive between 11:30 am and noon. I asked if she was a representative or inspector with FEMA and the connection got worse; I could not understand what she was saying from that point. I asked her to call back on a better line and she hung up. She has not yet called back.
Odd thing is this call was for someone that used my number as a secondary number in addition to their home phone (at damaged residence). That person did not receive a call on their primary number. For them to connect this number with that name, and especially with FEMA, they would have had to get their information somewhere legit. =(
