In Puerto Rico they are known as "cacos", meaning ghetto street-gang males, who listen to reggaeton.
A human male voice, fluent in street slang, called telling me my so called "brother" got into a fight in a "caserio" (the projects), that he has was beaten up very badly and that they were going to kill him. I don't know were he was heading with this conversation but i suppose he was aiming for a ransom of some sorts. I hung up, an 8 to 10 minutes later received another call from a (787) 435-5749, but i didn't answer.
