These people took money out if my account! How??

Also took money out of checking account?  When called never can speak to anyone! !! Who is this and how can they do this.  Region's Bank. NO HELP

File fraud with your bank and local LE, also close the account. If the bank (go in person to do this) does not co-operate as they are obligated to do, it is time to close it and find another bank or credit union.  Also make it clear to them your filing complaints with the FTC & CFB.
