Just got a call from this number on my cell phone. Like several previous recipients, I am in Salt Lake City (area code 801). I answered quickly, and got silence - disconnected as soon as I picked up.
i've gotten a call from this number 3 times now. the second i actually picked up and there was a recording in spanish. the third time i didn't realize it was the same number and i answered, but it immediately hung up on me after i answered. i'm area code 720 from colorado and i don't know anyone from puerto rico either...
got the call 12/12/2007 on my cell I did not answer, it rang twice and hung up. I believe that if you try to answer it you will call it back. Beware, it's most likely some new scam. I'm in Cochise county, AZ area code 520. Thanks for your posts.
