Lady called back 6 times in a row asking to be transfered. I already transfered her twice previously (she has been calling literally all morning). I told her I will not transfer her anymore and will provide her with the IT email address where she can email her information over. She said she already has everyones email address. I said wonderful, then you can email your information over. She asked for my name and threatened to report me. GO AHEAD LADY, this is standard business protocol. These people are overseas telemarketers who do nothing but scam people. Do not waste your time. Also, the caller ID was different almost every time she called.
