Called close to 9:00 PM wouldn't say anything when I said Hello repeated times. Tried to call the number back and it immediately disconnected.  Tried again a few moments later and it did the same thing.

Possibly a spam robo dialed looking for working numbers or someone with too much time on their hands. Caution answering this call - once a company gets you on a list of live numbers it seems they never stop calling.
