this number is from Stellar Recovery and cb# is 866-860-8796. keep leaving messages on my phone for someone who doesn't exist at this number, nor have they ever. google the above number and there are a lot of postings with the utah CID#, also 312-878-8627 and 916-596-2666 for CID #'s. they are annoying harassing and file FTC complaints as they will not stop calling and will call at least 2x daily.
Received a call from Stellar Recovery, Inc for someone who is not a member of this household. The call was at 0823 and a message was left on our answering machine. The number that shows on caller ID is 503-208-9716. The recording gives the caller as Stellar Recovery, Inc at 866-860-8796.
I have been receiving about two calls a day with no one answering on their end. I have paid off all my debt and am now harassed by companies claiming I owe them money for accounts that are paid. I believe this to be a scam aimed at people who are unable to keep track of what has or has not been paid. Keep your receipts and ALWAYS ask for proof of both payment and outstanding debt.
Never identify themselves, but if they leave a message, it`s for someone I do not know, never have heard of them. Never answer as I know it isn`t for me and don`t need to be bothered if they cannot get their information straight.
I keep recieving a call from whom ever the company is for a Paul Adams and I keep telling them that he is no longer at this number and they have asked me if I knew him and I tell them He don't live at this number and I don't know him so please remove my phone number from the list and they keep calling and calling
