From the voicemail I received it is from Capitol One credit card collection division.  I paid my bill one day late and they start calling.   It has now been paid but their dialing computer takes a while to catch up.   If you don't have a Capitol One credit card (Best Buy and other store cards are  backed by Capitol one) they it may be a wrong number or someone gave your number on their application.
