will get back if its legit

Same info on the scratcher and 4 possible winnings... blah blah!

I asked him what it was all about. He said his company is expanding in our area, blah blah!
I'm in the Anaheim area.

It all sounds very fishy to me.
Can anyone confirm that they really did receive the prizes???
