Didn't answer, called my cell. If I don't recognize area codes, I let it go to voicemail. No message was left but curiosity after I saw no comments on the number had me dial back. It is direct shield, security for direct tv? I recently cancelled a maintenance package with Direct, don't know if related but would be it's some kind of sales call.
KEPT getting called from this, so I finally answered. Was a guy from DirecTV security. Seemed sketchy, told them I wasn't interested, I don't like getting asked about the security of my house.
This number calls has been calling me several times every week over the past couple months and just hangs up. I am on the do not call registry but I guess this scammer doesn't know. So freaking annoying!!!!!
I just received a call from "UTAH", and being I don't know anyone in Utah, I didn't answer. In looking at the other reports, I see that Direct TV was noted, and we have Direct TV service. But, I would expect Direct TV to call showing a recognized company name, and not simply "UTAH"! However, I do get a few political calls that have ridiculous ID names, as well -- I am so thankful for telephone ID!
