I have a bunch of missed calls on my Google voice account from this number, but my phone wasn't ringing anyway.
I get calls from this number multiple times a day but when I answer the call ends. I attempted to call back but its just a recording stating "that service is not implemented" and then the call ends. Caller ID says Provo, UT
