Yep Shannon Wilson. She claims she is from NRA debt collections. She seemed to be trying to collect on a debt that was in my BK years ago. I need to do more checking to verify if she is real.
Regardless of whether she is real or not, going after a debt that was covered in bankruptcy is in violation of bankruptcy protection laws. In other words - you should not pay her.
She has no clue what indigent means or that I haven't spoken to them for years (goes hand in hand with indigent)..... Maybe when she reads her complaint file here, she might stop and research the word..... Then again, probably not...
