A Matt Howard called my ex sister in law asking for me. I don't know who this is and he would leave no info

Matt Howard called from this number asking for info on my sister. He had her correct address but old phone number. I refused to even verify the info, instead I took his name and number and told him I'd have my sister call him. Very suspicious.
