Yes, they are an agency contracted by University Hospital. They try to determine if you qualify for Disability. They were called Cardon Outreach now are called Med Data. They mean well, just trying to help.
They're a contracted agency trying to ensure that folks without Medical Insurance or MediCaid get services. I've worked as a Government contractor for the needy for years. Certainly no one would attempt to scam someone with no money. Be grateful for programs that help those who are too old, too sick or disabled to work. In other countries you'd be sol.
