I got a call on friday the 26 about 8:00 AM and another one at 10:00AM I cc all back both times but it would tell me that it was not in service at the moment.yes few minutes after the call....it could b Century link they were trying to fix my internet a day before.
Yes, CenturyLink uses this number for automated calls; in my case, it was giving me a temporary password. Apparently, the humans at CenturyLink are blocked from accessing customers’ passwords, so temporary passwords have to be generated by a computer and relayed directly to the customer. It seems that if the computer doesn’t get a response on the first try, it phones back again a couple of minutes later.
