Who Knows?  Who Cares!  I am guessing the approved for -17.3% credit card or business loan.  Or the mortgage re-fi.  Blocked it.

I received 4 calls from this no. After the first call, the no. was blocked. I do not answer calls from unidentified caller. They called 4 times in less than 10 min. If the caller is unknown, they won't talk to me.

They called twice and hung up....no response.
