This company calls you with a persons name in your caller ID. If you answer you are automatically connected to a live body that pitches you on a home security system.
When you tell them you are not interested, although polite, they are adamant that you tell them why. After I was asked a couple of times, I really did tell them more than they wished to hear, I'm sure.
I'm getting calls continously from this number and person's name on my caller I.D. I haven't actually spoken to him but I average about three call per day with no message left. It is worry some.
This telemarketer calls several times a day and hangs up. If you don't get to the phone within 2 calls they are gone. If you call back, you can never get an answer to have your number removed from their calling list. If you try to get a first name through their list like John, Mike, Joe, etc., there aren't any regular names. I'm fed up with all these calls
recording wanting to place a security sign at no cost... pressed option 1 to speak to someone; asked for details about his company; he lied giving me this phone number so his compnay name and address are probably bogus; National Security Group 1041 N. 600 East Logan, Utah 84321... I mentioned if he was aware it was against the law for telemarketers to call, he said he'd put me on the do not call list. I am on the do not call listing.
I get disturbing, unwanted solicitaion calls from 801-290-1040 throughout the day...am now waiting on hold with that number for over 5 minutes to tell them to put me on their "do not call list" and take me off of their list... I will do the same for 402-982-0719, which is somehow related.
