(An update:)
Another unexpected call from this number. Again, no message left. Jury is still out to see if this may be a Scamarketer starting up. [Benefit of the doubt??? . . . . . . ] Still (maybe?) a fat fingered dial? Maybe an erroneous note by the caller? (i.e. Maybe transposed a couple of numbers? Maybe an illegible number on the note?)
Unexpected Call. No message left. A Scamarketer starting up?? A fat fingered dial?? We'll see. (Usually, an unexpected call + no mesage = Scamarketer.) Just putting this here to mark this occasion. (Future updates may be coming.)

Update - Got another unexpected call. Still no Message left. I don't think this was a "fat-fingered" dial. My money is now on a Scamarketer. I will add this number to my 'Telemarketer" contact, which has a silent ringtone and is blocked.
I guess after 2 months, they will cycle through the numbers again.
An Unrecognized/Unexpected Number + No Message = Scamarketer.
