"If I do not hear from you or your attorney immediately, I will document that you are waiving your right to mediation and forward your case for appropriate action,. Govern yourself accordingly." It's like an annual, Christmas tradition. Utter scam.
Pre-Trial mediation relates to only first time CRIMINAL offenses and can commence only after a person is arrested but before the criminal trial.
I have never committed a criminal offense in my LIFE, so I know for sure this is a scam. I wish these criminals could be arrested instead of threatening innocent people of the same.
