I filled out an online form on a business (food place) I went to. Made a few suggestions and they called to tell me they received my message. Didn't ask me to call them back but did leave a phone number. Not spam.
This is South West Credit Systems. Has called my business line repeatedly everyday looking for someone who does not work here. It is a voice recording saying "this is a personal business matter for ______ ______. If you are not ________ __________, please hang up now. By continuing to listen to this message, you" and then I hang up, because I am not ________ _______.
This company obviously doesn't look for do not call numbers. They don't respond when a message is left after I listentwhe whole way through to their message and then call the number on their machine (again you get an automated answer). They do not accept you saying you are not the person (whoever it is must have had the phone before me). Personally I consider what they do as harassment and if they keep it up (just had a period of a few weeks where they didn't call) I will call Washington (after the shutdown is over - lol) and file a complaint.
