Didn't leave a message.  Called back number and was immediately greeted with a pitch on the first dial tone.  "Thanks for calling back.  I'm not going to waste your time...."  Time already wasted - hung up and flagged as telemarketer.

(801) 326-4573 He "guarantees" he will put $10,000 in your account in 7 to 10 day. And "guarantees" to do the same every week to 10 days thereafter.

So full of BS

More likely he'll put that money in his mattress, not your account.
