They called but did not leave a message. I called back and they answered "Thank you for calling The Local Pages".
This is a telemarketing technique.
Everyone should just hang up on them.
It would be great if you could first ask them to be sure to listen for your important message then blast a loud horn in their ear while they are listening.
Maybe these AH telemarketers will understant our message. "DON'T CALL ANYMORE" .

Got a call from this number saying they rent resorts for large groups and would we like to rent out our
timeshare for 10 years (for a very nice rental amount). Called my timeshare resort and they do not
deal with this company. They call themselves Beacons Ultimate Destinations.
We've been scammed by Beacons Ultimate Destinations and now they seem to be out of business. We filed a complaint against the BBB for crediting them as a B+ when the day before the new rating, Beacons was a D rating. If anyone has been scammed due to the BBB rating that was given to Beacons (without any investigation of the company by BBB to see if they were even legit) and is interested in filing a 'Class Action Suit' against the Better Business Bureau, we should go for it. At this point, we have nothing else to lose.
