They have gotten a hold of my teenage daughters cell which used to be our family land line number. They have called 6-7 times over two occasions. Number we have is 301-337-4457. I did call back from a different number an got a person on the phone. I asked what this was about and they told me that would look up my case. I gave them the number they called and was told "I don't show that in my file". I then gave them my name "I don't show that in my file". I told them it must be a mistake and I would assume this to be resolved.
They then called back again.
I want to get them back on the phone as I love to mess with scammers.
Few years ago my Dad got the "You won the lottery". I called back as him and led them on until they asked for money. When I said take it out of my winnings we got into it. I called them back everyday for 2-3 weeks, had them screaming at me on speaker phone etc. Last I published their number on my facebook page and asked all my friends and family to give "Paul" a call.
Called left voice mail stating he was mediation service that I had a litigation pending if he didn't hear from me or my attorney he would note I waived right to consel. Didn't ask for anyone by name. Who are these people it's so aggravating.
Caller voicemail stated, " this is Mathew davis with Mediation services. You have a pending case in our office the requires your immediate attention. I need to speak to you or your attorney of record today. My number is 801-337-4237. If i do not hear from you or your attorney, I will document you have waived your right at counsel and submit your case. Govern yourself accordingly."
