I got a call from Grant Stephenson with Mediation Services out of Odgen, UT. He called from 801-337-4493 number. He said he had a pending case in his office that needed immediate attention. If he did not hear from me or my attorney he will document I waived my rights to counsel and he will submit my case and to govern myself accordingly. What the hell? Submit my case to who? Sounds like a threatening phone call and are can that company do that? It sounds like a recording? Hell, I got enough on my plate to worry about less known to hear somebody being rude and threatening to waive my rights to pay a bill.
Theyve called me 4 times since last night. Some automated messaged from some law firm about a case that needs my attention? "Might want to speak to a mediator" then it hangs up? Wtf?
Received a call from Matthew Davis Mediator the same thing about calling them immediately or have my lawyer to call them this is a scam ok my husband is a Deputy Sheriff this is a scammer,please get a job
