Let me bring you some peace...they're not real! Put a block on their number, block their calls, act as if you care and give them a bunch of bogus information. Lol...when they call my friend, he simply says in a very soft and creepy voice, "What are you wearing?"
This company, if legitimate, is not following legal business practices. They contacted me today about a loan I may have had some years ago, but then refused to give me any information which I could verify a legitimate claim. Then told me legal papers were filed which is an out and out lie. The told me they were filing criminal charges which is a lie and not allowed in my state. The lied about the name of the person calling me multiple times. I called repeatedly to get any information and they refused to give me their address or any legitimate information. If this company calls you, don't be afraid, their tactics are completely unfair and illegal. They resort to scare tactics and lie thei buts off.
I have received 10 calls from this number in 3 days caller ID says VONAGE HOLDINGS the message states >>>>This is Brent Stefan's and with Mediation Services. You have a pending case in our office that requires your immediate attention. I need to speak to you or your attorney of record immediately today. My number is 801-337-4493. If I do not hear from you or your attorney I will document that you wave your right to counsel and submit your case govern yourself accordingly."
Major scam. Never took out a pay day loan & they have my job information from when I was 17. I'm 29 now. Just keep calling them and playing with their heads if you're bored. GET A REAL JOB & QUIT SCAMMING PEOPLE!
