I bought a $40 set of books off a late night TV info-mercial that is about making money from affiliate marketing through per-click ads you put on social web sites like Google and Facebook, instead of spamming people.
The book is actually pretty informative, and says not to spam anyone in any way, so this call may not be them. Since I've dabbled in Google's AdWords before but barely broke even, I may have not done it right, hince I bought the books. After that, I got flooded with "coaching for a fee" emails and a couple of calls like this (don't know for sure if this call is actually from the book people or not).
BTW, if you bought that book, I found that the email all had a common opt-out setting on the bottom that WORKED - it killed my email flood from them completely.
The books are still interesting - I'm starting on the 2nd one now, but I don't want to be called or emailed by people selling me business coaching unless I ask for it...
