Scammer .... says want to buy item listed online and thru paypal however he wants you to send shippers fees of 800.00 by western union and will reimburse plus 100.00 extra for western union fees and troubles and after you do that suppose to get funds via paypal .... total scam .... he even send a transaction pending via paypal looks offical and all however paypal says they did not send .... Rip off !!! this richard guy , paypal and shipper (frank jaramillo no company name) info all text only and richard if thats his name would call and call and call at hours  2-4 am over 50 text from this joker saying his funds are tied up if i don't complete transaction .... not my problem .... trying to tell me his account suppended until i get my funds so urgent i send the shipping fees which he added to funds i am suppose to get from paypal for item .... crazy if i tried pulling that i would so be in jail ... hope info helps !!! email [email protected]
