comes up as Utah on caller ID. They are actually an insurance company , american modern, who want to know about my customer service experience and take a 6 minute survey. They called earlier in the day, and did not leave a message, they hung up. I asked to be removed from their call list, and was told oh yeah sure.... we'll see.
Someone from United Healthcare called to see if I wanted to be in a focus group. Took lots of meaningless information - I think - like my email address - age (though did not ask for phone#) - to see if I qualified. I did and told to be at an address on Ohio to do a focus group (2 hours on a computer?) and would be given $150 card. Don't know if this was a fraud but the 800-349-1110 has been mentioned often as a fraud. Called back and the number was no longer in use.
