stop calling my cell phone

I called it back and got a recording trying to sell my some newfangled marketing system.....solicitation....even though they say it's not a solicitation call.  They want to offer me a system to generate leads and such!

they called me at work....... I answered......... no one was there. Probably a scam...... I am on a no call list.
