This is "Americans for Prosperity" (HaHaHa)  AKA the KOCH Brothers..... Oligarchs. Billionaires & funders of the GOP Super Pac calling you to try and buy your 2016 presidential vote.

Got a call from this #, no person, just some kind of love song. I was curious, thinking someone was playing a trick on me so stayed on a while. Then the music stopped & I said "Who is this?" They hung up. It was kind of humorous.
