This number is a generic number the Utah County government, assigned to show up as Caller ID for uses/departments that for whatever reason don't have or don't advertise their own extensions (i.e., if it's a line not meant for incoming phone calls). For me, when I get a call from that number, it's the outbound-only automated system for the Provo library letting me know a book/CD/DVD/etc I had on hold has come in.
Utah county line. Called back and message said that it was a number that was posted for an extension of a utah county employee, and there was no extension available for it. The caller told me she was a nurse and would like to visit me and my baby
Caller said he was "Mike from the county". Wouldn't give last name. Gave sensitive personal information to outside party under the guise of conducting an investigation.

Got a call at work. He said his name and said he was "updating our lists here in the office" and wanted to know who my department chair was (university academic department). Asked what office and he said "the health department." I told him the information is on our website, but he claimed he was on there and couldn't find it. I told him it's right there under the faculty member's name and hung up.
