I've received a number of calls from them, they don't leave a message unless they remember talking to you before, I guess. (I returned their missed call, wondering who it was.) I spoke with Dan Bean(?) from American Life (supposedly): apparently my dad had listed me as a benefits recipient through his credit union which offers these 3rd party benefits to their valued members. Sounds great: Life insurance, prescription discounts, child safety kits, etc. The problem was that the guy (Dan Bean) wanted my address so he could come to my house and have me sign the paperwork to receive the "free benefits", so that I don't have to travel the hour to his office- nice thought, but that makes me a bit uncomfortable, sorry.
